As we begin the season of winter (and holidays) in Chicago, we are all concerned about staying healthy. Getting a flu vaccine is not the answer - is ineffective and has side effects. In fact, many top researchers and physicians have demonstrated against this broken care system of disease that keeps the American public sick. Recently in the media, researcher at the Johns Hopkins University publicly closed the flu vaccine.
Here are my healthy, safe, and effective tips to take care of their health now and prevent the flu / cold season:
* Probiotics every day: 80% of your immune system is actually located within the digestive system.
* Drink a cup of warm water with fresh squeezed lemon: every day, for 15 minutes. before breakfast. It promotes detoxification of the liver and the body to get rid of things that don't benefit us
* There is no use of hand Sanitizer: such as antibiotics, disinfectants kill good and bad bacteria that worsen our immune system. It also contains Triclosan, which is detrimental to the environment. And if that wasn't enough, less expensive store bought products do not contain even the alcohol content requires 60-95% that made effective the product first (read: marketing scam). If you like still the appropriateness of using a hand sprayer, the only option that I would feel comfortable recommending is the handspray from thieves by Young Living (with therapeutic grade essential oils).
* Chiropractic adjustments: improve the immune system and allows our body to function well to be able to adapt and avoid the flu. In fact today I had a patient tell me "both my colleagues sitting together to me at work are sick with the flu, and I have not gotten sick at all. In fact, now that I think about it, it's been years since I've had a cold or flu!" Health and disease come from within, starting with the system of master control (nervous system and spinal column) that controls every cell, tissue, organ and muscle.
* Consume these foods: dark green leafy vegetables and parsley. Do you know that kale and red peppers have 3 times more vitamin C that an orange? The Brussels sprouts, broccoli and tomatoes are also high in vitamin C.
* Use a scarf: is the easiest way to have your chest cold not be adequately protected. It is not only a fashion statement:)

* Avoid these kinds of foods: sugar (including fruit!), dairy, carbohydrates, bottled hidden sugar (ejemplo-barras of granola, naked juices, etc.) because all promote the formation of mucus and weaken the immune system.* Consume these foods: dark green leafy vegetables and parsley.
