Over the years I've tried to fight many ways to combat the loss of fat; some successful, others not. But like most of the time with things the best and learn what works best for your body.

Today I want to share with you 5 simple changes I did that you helped me increase my fat loss in the hope that will also work for you.

1 Have a good night sleep

So many women commit the number of hours of close your eyes that are put. Lack of sleep makes your hormones to turn in the wrong direction and negatively impact may their sensitivity to insulin. If you don't have sleep a good night of they will decrease your energy levels throughout the day and we will turn to food for a quick snack.

Dale; Skips to the TV at night, turn off the laptop and go to bed early!

2. Less stress

Everyone is stressed out lately, and that's because we are so 'crazy-busy'. Our lifestyles leave exhausted physically and mentally for coffee and other stimulants to help keep up to day with everything.

If you stressed easily, then you need to read this Book: Don't sweat the little things (and its all small) by Dr. Richard Carlson. The greatest lesson I got from this book is that "in my Inbox it will always be full", we will always have things on our to-do list (even when we die our list will not be empty!).

One of the best ways to deal with stress is through meditation; You can download an application for mediation to your smart phone and only takes 5 minutes a day to rest, relax and recuperate.

3. Clean your body of excess estrogen

Toxins are everywhere; in the air we breathe, the food we eat and use skin care products.

If you don't eat organic then are consuming an excess of hormones and antibiotics in beef and pesticides in fruits and vegetables (both attribute to excess estrogen).

Here are some tips on how to clean your body of excess estrogen:
Eating a diet of plant-heavy high fiber to keep your digestion running smoothly.Make sure that any meat and dairy products you buy are grass fed animals that have lived in a farm environment and without antibiotics or added hormones.Maintain healthy intestine with a good probiotic bacteria. Eat organic fruits and Vegetables.Consume more cruciferous broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage and bok choy (organic of course!); they contain sulfur and produce I3C, which participates in the balance and the estrogen detoxification.Fish oils are greatOpt for organic coffee, where you can and drink green teaVitamin B
4 Reduce alcohol consumption

There was a time where I had a glass of wine every night until I learned that alcohol basically shut down your metabolism.

When the alcohol passes through the liver, instead of filtering out of your body, your liver is acetate and your body burns acetate before burning the fat. Rather than drinking alcohol, acetate over your body and more slowly will be the fat burning process.

Completely eliminate alcohol use and once you are at the point of maintaining your weight slowly can introduce a few alcoholic drinks each week (of course avoiding carb and sugar-filled drinks).

Also, be aware that the grapes used to make it came love are sprayed with pesticides that opted for organic wines. Organic wines are becoming more common in liquor shelves these days so keep a look out.

5. Stay positive

Fat loss can take a long time for many women; There will be days that you can look fantastic and where it is 'up' and want to throw in the towel.

It is important to keep a positive attitude and keep trying, because within a year you will want to have begun today. The only way to get results is to persist and continue with what you're doing. Keep your mind strong and positive.
