Fantastic reading! This book of Rujuta Diwakar, Sciences of sport and nutrition expert about losing weight without giving up the food that you like to eat it is worth reading. I've gone through books dealing with this subject by several authors, but I was just in love with this.
I'd like to share some simple rules for eating well. We have to change is not the food but our way of life. Eat whatever you want and shed those extra pounds... it is so cool! Dieta-Citas
Some things that should be taken into account are:
1 Always eat when you wake up: never start the day with coffee or tea.
Simple logic behind this is that the level of sugar in the blood decreases when we sleep and if we have a fruit or something equivalent in the morning helps raise blood sugar levels. After a small period of time you can have that precious cup of coffee.
2. Eat every two or three hours a day.
In order to increase our metabolic rate, eat a small portion of our daily diet will help enormously. If there is more the gap between two meals, then it may be a cause of indigestion and acidity. What we need to do is divide our food in small portions and have it after two hours. Not only you will have all the nutrients, but it also helps burn fat.
3 Eating should be directly proportional to their level of activity.
It seems fair to me! If we are only wandering or are doing sedentary type of work, then we can cut down in heavy meals instead can have something light but if we are physically and mentally engaged in frenetic work then the amount of food we have also needs to agree. The golden rule is never leave your stomach feels the twinge of hunger and also do not cross the line and eat more.
4. There must be a minimum of two hours between the last supper and bed-time.
Logically we must have our last dinner around 19. Once our stomach slows and want to relax, and justice is not suitable for the food we have. But practically if not possible then that it be the last time for the food, which would be better if we are going to sleep after 2 hours of having it.
5. Do not follow the fashions of the extreme diets - are not sustainable and simply do not work.Something that we cannot continue life is bad for the body.
6. Every kind of food is good while you are eating the amount appropriate in due course. Never go on a diet, you have to do is modify your lifestyle.
And last but not least is that exercise is non-negotiable. If you do not exercise do not expect to see miracles, despite good eating habits. Yoga, walking, swimming, dancing, aerobics is any type of exercise for two hours three times a week should.
7. Try to have their meals in a dining table. Enough to have tipped on a sofa in front of the television.
I am personally following this advice and they have seen changes in my body. We will enjoy our lives to the fullest while instilling these valuable tips. Bless you!
